OUTDOOR CLASSES
Julian’s Outdoor Fitness Classes are catered to all levels of movement ability, and blend a variety of kinesiology modalities. In class, we work hard and smart, blending fitness with function, intensity with integrity, high performance and injury prevention, and metabolic with mindfulness. There will be elements of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Hill running/walking, circuit training, and partnered drills. The tone is athletic, educational, and uplifting.

All levels are welcome, but we side towards Intermediate level of output (10km runners)
