Run Training Classes (RTC) - Saturday, April 19, 1-2pm @ L'Espresso Bar Mercurio
DESCRIPTION:
I created Run Training Classes (RTC) to close the gap between run clubs and functional training. RTC is an IRL extension of my online course RUNCON Essentials, which delivers functional run strength and conditioning training for people who want to improve on their running form, fitness, technique, and injury prevention.
I have no qualms with the everyday Run Club as they are great at delivering:
A sense of community, accountability, and socialization
BUT, their priorities are different from RTC, which focuses on delivering:
Certified Run Coaching and curated personal / professional development conversations

RTC ATTENDEES:
The people that attend RTC are most often: conscious thinkers, entrepreneurial, go-getters, extroverted introverts, holistic maximizers, down-to-earth good people, and pretty bad-ass in their line of work. They range from 10kers to marathoners, to yogis, to multi-sport athletes, to the everyday HIIT gym-goer that wants to improve on running.
