TO MY NAYSAYERS, Here’s WHERE HOLISTIC FITNESS TRAINING HAS GOTTEN ME …

This photo is of me LEVELED UP after completing an Ironman Triathlon. Everything I’ve learned and embodied went into completing this race. So whatever your race is, allow me to be your x-factor towards getting you through that finish line. Small investments now can lead to huge accomplishments later, just start with investments in where you focus your time and attention. With that said, have a listen to this podcast, one of many in the library, which taps into the mindset of endurance feats like the above.

I love this photo of me after completing a bucket list accomplishment, an Ironman Triathlon (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km marathon run), because I don’t even look like I’ve completed the hardest thing in my life! Everything I’ve learned and embodied went into completing this race. I learned that small investments along the way, in all facets of fitness and wellness, had led me to this huge accomplishment later. Things like mobility and metcon for my physical, stress management and nutrition for my gut health, and movement snacks and self-care throughout the day compounded to this happy result (not a fall on your face collapse at the finish line result). My philosophy on work-life harmony

I was interviewed by Blu Matter Project, a Canadian Mental Health Content Platform, to share my thoughts and ideas on work-life balance and harmony. I chatted about relationships, relocating to Costa Rica, learning new skills, online remote working, pivoting during the covid pandemic, and adapting to a new lifestyle. This was one of my favourite podcasts interviews to date thanks to my friend Elaine, the host of Mindful Matters Podcast.
