PHYSICAL WELLBEING | MINDSET COACHING | HOLISTIC HEALTH
My workshop experiences deliver fitness coaching with a foundation in holistic health. The main purpose of the workshops is to help participants integrate the many facets of their lives with their physical wellbeing. The workshop begins with a short introduction to provide context and education, then we conduct the workout, and finish with a team-building discussion to further illuminate the learnings of the experience. Participants most commonly leave feeling inspired, connected, and balanced.

Step 4 - Conduct workshop
