THE OBJECTIVE

  • Design a dynamic lifestyle around holistic health principles that balance mind, body, and spiritual vitality.

  • Create a regenerative lifestyle that produces more energy than it consumes.

  • Build effective habitual systems and processes that bring efficiency and balance to 4 primary areas of holistic health: Quiet, Diet, Happiness, and Movement.

The CHEK Institute promotes a balance of 4 regenerative areas of health. Julian will guide clients through a 4-step systematic process to achieve a thriving level of organ health before moving into further movement training.

 

The Journey

  1. Step 1 - Holistic Health Assessment (analysis of current status of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social health)

  2. Step 2 - Motivational Interviewing (evidence based approach to behavior change, includes analysis of beliefs, narratives, needs, aspirations, and conditions)

  3. Step 3 - Evaluate physical health and wellbeing via the CHEK holistic lifestyle questionnaire (nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, happiness)

  4. Step 4 - Program strategy and prescription

  5. Follow up sessions - per need basis (recommended 1x per month for 6 months)
