A guided breathwork exercise to bring you tranquility.

The wave breath assists in stress management through the ability to control oxygen intake through the use of intercostal diaphragmatic breathing.

A breathing exercise that balances the right and left brain. One of my favourites to recenter myself from either too much creativity, writer’s block, or too much logic.

Also called bumble bee breath. Used as a mindfulness based stress reduction technique. Helps with focus, anxiety, tension, relaxation, as a method to calm the nervous system and enhance the parasympathetic response. Good to use when overstimulated, overwhelmed, or overloaded.
